1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using TitanPulse (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

These Terms apply to visitors who browse publicly available pages and to members who create an account, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with the Service through any features we provide.

2. Service description and limitations

TitanPulse is a personal development platform focused on discipline, productivity, confidence, leadership, self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and habit formation. The Service may include educational articles, program pages, structured learning paths, exercises, checklists, reflection prompts, and other resources intended to support consistent daily action.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. TitanPulse does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply any information and for verifying outcomes in your specific situation. Your strongest self is waiting, but progress depends on personal effort, context, and consistency.

We may add, remove, modify, or suspend features at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific functionality will always be available, or that the Service will operate without interruption or error.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use of the Service and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  Provide accurate information where required, keep it updated, and do not share access with others unless a feature explicitly supports shared access.
• One account per person
  Where accounts are used, you agree to maintain one account per individual unless TitanPulse explicitly authorizes an alternative arrangement.
• Respect for others
  Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users. If community features are offered, maintain respectful communication and professional conduct.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface elements, and underlying code, is owned by TitanPulse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

TitanPulse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit any resale, commercial use, or exploitation of the Service or its content.

5. Prohibited activities

To protect the reliability and security of the Service, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content or data without our express permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code, models, or non-public logic of the Service.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliation with TitanPulse.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems connected to the Service.
• Spamming, flooding, or attempting to disrupt the Service, including by overwhelming requests.
• Using the Service to violate third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

If we reasonably believe you have violated this section, we may suspend or terminate access as described below.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitanPulse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or current. Success begins with daily action, but we do not guarantee outcomes, improvements, or results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitanPulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitanPulse’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to TitanPulse in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TitanPulse and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Third-party links

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. TitanPulse does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information, including the use of cookies and advertising technologies. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts located in Berlin, Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require a different venue.

12. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact TitanPulse and provide a brief written description of the issue and your requested resolution. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving the notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may bring a claim in the courts specified in the Governing law and jurisdiction section above, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

13. Termination

TitanPulse may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or engaged in unlawful conduct. We may do so with or without notice, depending on the circumstances.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law and jurisdiction, Dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will become effective 14 days after posting, unless a shorter timeframe is required for legal compliance or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
